Grow Your Own Administrator
Memphis School of Excellence's Grow Your Own Administrator (GYOA) is an innovative fellowship developed to prepare MSE's future leaders. Our program provides a financial opportunity -up to $11,000 for two years- for current MSE teachers to pursue a master's degree that leads to admin certification.
GYOA candidates go through a highly-selective application, including a written essay submission and interview.
