Now that the 2026-2027 school year is underway, this is a reminder that the TN Promise application is open for the Class of 2027.
All interested students should visit TNPromise.gov to complete the application by November 2, 2026. Students who miss this deadline will not be eligible for the scholarship.
For many students, applying for TN Promise will be a two-step process. First, students must create a THEC Student Portal account. Then the student can complete the TN Promise application. Find more information on the application process here!
We know TN Promise may not be every student’s first choice, but we encourage every student to apply. TN Promise is a great back-up option as students navigate the college selection process!
